Please note that the Board of Governors meeting will take place from 29–30 June. All committee meetings will be scheduled during the month of July.
This year, we are trying a new approach to scheduling committee meetings. Rather than filling out a form for ComSoc staff to process, we are using Doodle to create 2-hr time slots for you to choose from. Only one meeting will be held for each time slot and this will be on a first-come first-serve basis. This is to allow for ComSoc's volunteer leadership to attend your meeting and contribute in a meaningful way. Once you have selected a time slot, ComSoc staff will receive a message of the submission. ComSoc staff will then send a confirmation note to the submitter and then work with you to provide any other needed resources, such as Zoom links. Emails have been sent out to the technical committee chairs and vice chairs, but if you have not received notification, please contact Lori Ann Chitty Ray at l.chittyray@comsoc.org. She will provide you with the link from which you can make your selection. She can also help with creating custom time slots in the event that more than 2 hours is needed to hold your meeting.
