Submission Guidelines
We seek original contributions that have neither been previously published nor currently under review. Authors can submit a full paper (up to 6 pages) that describes complete work in a self-contained manner with the intent to deliver an oral presentation.
The page length limit for all initial submissions for review is SIX (6) printed pages (10-point font) and must be written in English. All final submissions of accepted papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures. No more than one (1) additional printed page (10-point font) may be included in final submissions and the extra page (the 7th page) will incur an over length page charge of USD100.

All accepted submissions will be published in the ICC’21 workshop proceedings and the ieeeXplore portal.
Important Dates
Paper Submission: February 19, 2021 (FIRM deadline)
Acceptance Notification: March 22, 2021
Camera-ready: 8 April 2021 (FIRM)
